These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zoskill’s websites, online platforms, and training services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and any supplemental terms applicable to specific programs or features.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1️. Definitions

  • “Delegate” / “Learner” – Any individual or corporate participant who purchases or attends Zoskill training.
  • “Lead Trainer / SME” – Subject Matter Experts delivering training.
  • “User” – Any visitor, delegate, trainer, or third party using our Services.
  • “Services” – Training programs (classroom, online, or virtual), digital content, website features, and related support.

2️. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register and purchase training.
  • Users between 13 and 17 years may use our Services only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Services at our sole discretion, including cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

3️. Use of Services

You agree to use Zoskill Services only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
  • Post, share, or transmit offensive, misleading, or defamatory content.
  • Violate intellectual property rights of Zoskill or third parties.

We reserve the right to remove access to Services, suspend accounts, or take legal action for violations of these Terms.

4️. No-Refund Policy

Zoskill maintains a strict no-refund policy for all courses once payment has been processed. Please review course details carefully before purchase.

Rescheduling Rules:

  • Classroom / Live Virtual Classes:
    • You may reschedule by notifying Zoskill at least 14 working days before the start date (written email required).
    • Failure to provide notice results in forfeiture of your booking.
  • Non-Attendance:
    • If you do not attend your scheduled class, you may reschedule within 6 months (subject to availability). After 6 months, access expires.
  • Online Courses:
    • No refunds or cancellations once purchase is complete.
  • Partial Attendance:
    • No refunds for missed sessions.

Zoskill-Initiated Cancellations:
If Zoskill cancels or reschedules an event due to unforeseen circumstances, delegates will be offered a future date or online alternative at no additional charge. Refunds will not be issued.

5️. Corporate & Enterprise Clients

Corporate customers are encouraged to coordinate attendance, scheduling, and exam vouchers with their designated Zoskill point of contact.

  • Exam vouchers must be used within 6 months of enrollment.
  • Unused credits expire and are non-refundable.

6️. Marketing & Branding Guidelines

  • Third-party campaign owners must follow ethical marketing practices and comply with applicable laws.
  • Unauthorized use of Zoskill’s logo, branding elements, or trademarked materials is prohibited without prior written approval.
  • Misleading, false, or illegal campaigns will result in immediate termination of access.

7️. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, trademarks, and digital assets are the intellectual property of Zoskill. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use course materials solely for personal learning.
Reproduction, distribution, or resale of content without written consent is prohibited.

8️. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoskill will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, business, or profits
  • Training interruptions caused by events beyond our control

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our Services is to discontinue use.

9️. Force Majeure

Zoskill is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver Services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10.  Data & Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws (including GDPR & CCPA).

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

  • USA: State of Delaware (for North American users)
  • India: Indian law (for Asia, Middle East, and other international users)

Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Delaware, USA, or Bengaluru, India, as applicable.

Zoskill may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
